Recipe of Baked Eggs in Avocado

 1 avocado
 2 eggs
 1 tbsp jam or bacon (opcional)
 Fresh parsley
 Sal y pimienta al gusto

Slice the avocados in half and carefully remove the seed.

Place the avocado halves on a baking dish and scoop out some of the flesh to make more room for eggs.

Crack one egg into each hole and season with salt and pepper.

Top with crumbled jam or bacon (optional).

Carefully place the baking dish in oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until yolk reaches desired consistency.
