Recipe of Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

Is there anything better than soft chocolate chip cookies? Here you have a recipe of chocolate chip cookies with a texture that is slightly crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

Ingredients
 250 g flour
 85 g butter
 150 g sugar
 1 egg
 4 g baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 100 g Chocolate 70% cacao

Preheat the oven to 180º C.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.

In a separate bowl mix the flour and baking powder and add them to the egg, butter and sugar mixture.

Shop the chocolate and stir it in.

Drop spoonfuls (2-3 tablespoons) of dough onto baking sheet. Place them evenly spaced.

Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes. Take them out when they are starting to turn brown.

Cool the cookies on a wire rack. They will sink down and turn into dense, soft cookies.
