Ingredients
 1 Red cabbage
 2 Apples
 2 Carrot
 30 g Dried cranberries
 30 g Walnuts
Dressing
 1 Garlic
 ½ Lemon (juice)
 1 tbsp Honey
 1 tsp Dijon mustard
 3 tbsp Wine vinegar
 100 ml Virgin extra olive oil
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Finely chop the cabbage.

Peel the apples and thinly slice them.

Peel the carrots and shred them.

Place cabbage, carrots, apples and dried cranberries in a large salad bowl.

Dice the garlic very finely.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mustard, diced garlic, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper; whisk until well combined.

Serving

Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly. Then scatter over the walnuts. Enjoy!
